The highly anticipated collaboration is here. For a limited run in February, I will be cooking at Dutch Colony Coffee Co., serving some of my favorite classic dishes and signature pastas. Service will take place on Thursday to Saturday evenings from 6:00pm to 9:00pm, and we will also be open during Ramadhan for evening diners.

Here’s what you can expect:

• Each evening begins with complimentary focaccia and a dip of the day.
• The menu is intentionally concise, featuring five core dishes that highlight our most popular offerings and signature pastas.
• In addition, there are three to four rotating weekly specials designed to showcase seasonal ingredients, creative variations, and a few surprise plates to keep things exciting every weekend.
