Join us for an 8-course Pasta Omakase that celebrates Italy’s regional pasta traditions, from the rich, stuffed shapes of Piedmont and the rustic classics of Tuscany to the distinctive, ancient forms of Sardinia.
Each course showcases different textures, flavours and pasta shapes, culminating in a specially curated “Songket” pasta created just for this event.
Expect thoughtful, seasonally driven preparations that highlight technique and terroir, presented as an intimate chef-led tasting for adventurous palates.
