Another year of tasty discoveries, new faces, and catching up with old friends. Met potential clients, soaked up the buzz, and enjoyed an awesomazing few days of product launches, trend talks, and late‑night networking. What makes this event special is our shared love of food — it’s more than a trade show, it’s our yearly foodie hangout where ideas, flavors, and partnerships collide.
I honestly lost count of how many “let’s grab coffee sometime” promises I made. 😅 Between quick demos, sampling sessions, and impromptu chats, so many seeds were planted — collaborations to come, menus to rethink, and new suppliers to explore.
If you swung by our US Dairy Export Council booth, you know the cheesy goodness was next level: American Original cheeses on display, a and a daily curated 5‑course tasting menu that showcased brilliant combos of taste, texture, and technique. Huge thanks to everyone who tasted, talked, and shared their passion.
