We brought together a collective of culinary talents from diverse backgrounds and gave them one bold brief : take a humble staple and transform it into a five-course sequence of edible art. The result was Rice : Reimagined 2.0 — an evening where rice moved from supporting role to the spotlight.

From the first bite to the last sip, chefs pushed boundaries and broke habits. Appetizers teased the palate with unexpected textures; mains showcased rice in inventive forms and global flavors; desserts rethought sweetness with grain-forward compositions; and even a beverage celebrated rice’s versatility and playfulness. Each course revealed new techniques, cultural perspectives, and moments of pure surprise, guiding our guests through a cohesive, sensory journey.

Every member stepped out of routine and comfort zones, collaborating, experimenting, and elevating a single ingredient into multiple statements of craft. The conversation around rice shifted all night — from staple to star, from ingredient to idea.
