This gathering provided chefs with a platform to explore and demonstrate how fresh, frozen, and dehydrated potatoes can be creatively used across a wide range of dishes. The main marketing goal of Potatoes USA is clear: to encourage more people to consume more potatoes in diverse ways. By highlighting the adaptability of this staple ingredient, the workshop sought to inspire both chefs and attendees.
Throughout the event, chefs led intensive culinary demonstrations featuring four distinct recipes that emphasized the unique qualities and applications of USA Potatoes.
